Using our breath to mindfully move with each posture, we honor our bodies by accepting ourselves in each moment.

Mindful Movement


Each class provides instruction to connect with breath, body and mind.  Careful attention is given to alignment during slow consistent practices, utilizing props as needed to aid each person in finding their own unique practice.
