Notice/explore sensations that arise with breath movement. Take time to develop and experience your unique practice. Active beginners and yogis welcome.

A class designed for your unique and amazing body. The focus is on allowing the breath to move you into and out of each posture. Props and modifications are available for every pose. Open to all levels of experience.

Friday, July 19th 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. this group will be meeting at one | o | one yoga for a time of meditation and discussion. Meditation begins at 11:00 a.m. A brief period of meet & greet will begin our session followed by a period of 45 minutes of meditation. Please feel free to sit (bolsters, chairs and blankets are provided), weather permitting, you may walk outdoors, or indoors, or bring a journal, or sketch. This meditation time is designed for your unique experience. A bell will be rung ending our meditation period.
